Scoped Slot option

vue-select provides the scoped option slot in order to create custom dropdown templates.

    <template v-slot:option="option">
        <span :class="option.icon"></span>
        {{ option.title }}
    </template>
  </v-select>

Using the option slot with props "option" provides the current option variable to the template.
