- Renames .embed-responsive-XbyY classes to .embed-responsive-XxY
- Simplifies the Sass map to just be key and value, ratio and percentage
- Builds .embed-responsive-* modifiers with CSS variables
- Updates docs to show power of CSS variables
- Add notes to the Migration guide
